samesame coliving is divided into two old traditional buildings remodeled by a young Portuguese team of architects, designed to guarantee the best resting conditions for the colivers. It has shared or private apartments with a minimum stay of 8 nights. 

what is included

When you book your accommodation, you pay a single fee. No additional charges or worries — we take care of everything so you can enjoy your stay in your new home in Lisbon.

Easy Living

All bills included. Common areas cleaned regularly. Bathroom and kitchen essentials restocked. Fresh towels every 7 days and room cleaning every 15 days — with extra services available on request (additional fee).

Fully furnished with retro décor inspired by the 60s through the 90s. Featuring board games, yoga mats, musical instruments, an outdoor terrace, and a communal garden with fresh herbs and spices.

Air conditioning in all rooms, premium mattresses and bedding, natural light, blackout blinds, double windows, personal closet with hangers, and fully equipped kitchens.

ALWAYS CONNECTED

160 Mbps WiFi, work desks available in select rooms, two exclusive coworking desks reserved for current colivers, and the option to rent a dedicated desk with monitor (at an additional cost).

    • The minimum stay at our coliving is 8 nights.
    • For longer stays, we offer discounts (automatically applied):
      • Bedrooms: 25% off for stays over 28 nights, and 30% off for stays over 90 nights.
      • Studios and private apartments: 15% off for stays over 28 nights.
    • To complete your booking directly here, we’ll ask for your payment details — but you’ll only be charged once we confirm availability.
    • If your chosen room isn’t available for the entire stay, you’re welcome to switch rooms. For each room change shorter than 8 nights, a €40 swapping fee applies.

    A coliving is a new way of living and belonging — It’s a place where you can sleep, rest, work and live a lifestyle set on convenience, community, and comfort, where collaboration, open-mindedness and tolerance are key. At samesame, colivers live together in two buildings that are adjacent, share common areas, common values and similar journeys. However, we can host you in shared or private rooms/apartments. 

    While we clean the common areas at least once a week, you are responsible for keeping them tidy and organized. We provide cleaning of your room or apartment every 15 days and towel change every 7 days. If you’d like an extra cleaning with linen change, the cost is €40. Cleaning supplies are available in all spaces for your personal use.

    The rooms with a work desk are the Double Bed in a Premium Private Room, Double Bed in a Conceptual Private Room, and Twin Room. All private apartments have either a work desk or a dining table.

    The coworking space offer two hot-desk with 12 seats reserved only for current colivers and it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. In case you want to rent a fixed paid spot, we have a special range of prices for the family members and the possibility to use the space 24/7.

    We have 2 buildings. In the Madalena building, the second floor has 5 private rooms. On the fourth floor, there are 2 private apartments and 1 studio, and on the fifth floor, 1 studio. In the Beco building, we have 1 shared triple room, 5 private rooms, and 1 private apartment.

    Shared areas are all the areas outside your bedroom and bathroom. From the kitchen to the living room and any other corners you can find around the coliving. Except if you book a private apartment, then you don’t have to share the kitchen and living room.  

    All bills are included in a single fee—covering rent, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi. This fee also includes regular cleaning of common areas, restocking of kitchen essentials, and replenishment of shared spaces. Room cleaning is provided every 15 days, and towels every 7 days. If you require additional cleaning before that, it is available for an extra fee of €40 per day. Please note that our laundromat is currently under improvement, so this service is temporarily unavailable.

    If the refund request is made up to 90 days before the check-in date, you’ll receive a full refund. If requested up to 30 days in advance, you’ll receive a 50% refund. You’ll always have the option to keep the full amount as credit for future stays within 1 year.

    Although we love pets, unfortunately we cannot host them as colivers unless you choose a private apartment for your stay. 

    You can invite friends if your housemates agree — we encourage our residents to host their own community events in any shared space. If your friend wants to sleep with you in the same room, it is always possible since your chosen room has a double bed, and we charge a 15€ fee per night.
