FAQ

All bills are included in a single fee: rent, electricity, water, and WiFi. Additionally, this fee covers weekly room cleaning and the changing of towels and sheets, if you stay at least 7 days. 

In all private apartments and studios, you will find a table to work and have meals. 

Yes! We also love pets, and we are ready to host them. We only charge a 200€ fee upfront, which will be refunded after your check-out if the apartment or studio is left in the same condition it was delivered to you. 

It is only possible to receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid if there are at least 30 days left before check-in.
